Prices are correct at the time of publishing, but may be varied in line with market conditions from time to time. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mispriced. If an items correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions to either process the order at the higher price, or cancel the order. Purchases that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. See our return policy below.
All transactions are completed using Authorize.net's online payment services. You will receive a detailed email with the invoice and receipt upon completing a purchase.
Shortly after placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Most non-food products are in stock and will be shipped within 5 days. Food orders may require additional processing time due to market demand and conditions. It may take up to 3-4 weeks to process a food order.
These processing times are estimates and not guarantees. We will contact you if an order is expected to take longer than outlined above. Due to the nature of emergency products, extreme shortages may occur in times of disaster.
SafetyOrange will attempt to offer the best shipping rates and provide a choice of shipping options. Your actual shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You will be able to see the shipping charges before your credit card is charged.

We do not currently support international orders placed online. Please contact us at email@example.com for international ordering support.
Our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied and trust our products. If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please give us a call and we will personally take care of your concerns. There is a 7 day return policy for only non food and water products. Items must be returned in sale-able condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of a defective product.
We are unable to accept returns of food and water products except in the case of defective packaging.
To arrange a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization. Please provide a brief explanation for your reasons for returning the product.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. After receiving and inspecting the return merchandise, we will promptly reimburse your credit card for the purchase cost less the original shipping.
